HiTech's Aston Martin Austin team elevate the experience of purchasing a vehicle to entirely new heights. I recently purchased a new Vanquish here, and was consistently impressed with the professionalism, genuine friendliness, attention to detail and "can do" attitude from everyone we encountered. There was not a single flaw throughout the entire transaction. I would like to specifically call out Brian Adelsman (Sales Manager) and Jaimie Stanion (Finance Manager); they made our experience truly exceptional. Brian is quite simply the best Sales Manager I've ever worked with. He didn't just "get the assignment," he excelled at it. Brian curated every step of the process to purchase and deliver my Vanquish; he is meticulous, he is consistently proactive, always anticipating my needs and advocating for me every step of the way. His patience is boundless, and I am ever thankful for his efforts. I strongly believe that they should write books, documentaries and training curricula about the "Brian Adelsman way" - it could literally change the world! I honestly can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone other than Brian anymore; wherever he goes, I go. Jaimie elevates customer service in finance to an art form. She consistently went the extra mile to support me and the transaction, and has been an ardent advocate every single step of the way. She puts the "concierge" in dealer finance, which I'm pretty sure has never been said about a dealership's finance dept before. On top of all that, she is ever warm and friendly and is always a pleasure to work with. If I could do every single auto purchase for the rest of my life with Jaimie, I would pay extra for that!

Superb customer service from Mark Bond. I showed up unannounced and he took me in the most courteous and polite manner. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, struck a conversation with me, took our car in, ordered me a car home and another one to get back. Wow, just wow!!! Mark really does set the standard. Thank you ❤️

Samantha Mangum is the definition of professionalism! Her outstanding customer service and experience with exotic cars is above and beyond to make my purchase go as stress free as possible . Her in depth vehicle information, and knowledge behind every spec helped me make my decision fast. Sam made my McLaren purchase one to never forget and I am very thankful for her. Customer service is a reality at this dealership. Adding to my old review of many years ago. I bought my second Aston Martin from them in 2024. Easiest car purchase experience I’ve ever had (next to the purchase of my first Aston from them.) no stirring around and waiting on people to “meet” with you. Today in January 2025 after a change in staff and ownership in the past couple of years, I can attest the service is still excellent. They go out of their way for their customers. They hauled my car quite a distance because I was unable to come get it as originally planned. The kicker was, they didn’t even charge me!
